About the role
Red Cross Training Services is a nationally recognised training provider delivering quality outcomes for our clients through relevant training and education programs.
Red Cross First Aid and Mental Health trainers are responsible for the delivery of First Aid courses within a class based setting.
Supported by a growing team of administrative staff, you will ensure training and all relevant resources are set up and delivered to a professional standard, meeting WHS and Red Cross Standards.
Essential to your successful application you must have successfully completed the Mental Health Australia course and have currency of delivering the Mental Health First Aid program. A TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and relevant first aid certificates are desirable but not essential.
You will have a current drivers licence and have your own reliable transport for local travel.
Experience in facilitating training in community and corporate settings is highly desirable as well as the demonstrated ability to motivate students to complete training courses.
