The Role

The overall objective of the Migration Support Programs (MSP) is to provide effective and responsive services to people who are vulnerable as a result of migration. Working within the MSP, the Volunteer Engagement Officer is responsible for the recruitment, integration and engagement of volunteers within Migration Support Programs and Integrated Services, implementing local volunteering strategies and identifying and facilitating volunteer opportunities within MSP locally.

About You

Your experience in recruitment processes and demonstrated experience and understanding of volunteer management in addition to your knowledge of and experience with cross cultural and linguistically diverse people will be paramount to your success in this role.

You will also possess highly-developed organisational, analytical and time management skills as well as experience in contributing to and implementing strategy.
