The Role

The Main Street Garden Community Development Project (CDP) has been running for over a year and is a safe place for residents to connect supporting their health and wellbeing. The CDP Women’s Supervisor will provide leadership direction to a small group of Women CDP participants engaged in gardening, crafts and other activities.

About You

You will have proven experience in managing and setting budgets and you will use your experience in managing people in a cross cultural environment to coach, mentor and support CDP participants and to develop and engage with training opportunities. Your ability to help manage cultural and individual differences effectively and appropriately will stand you in good stead and your highly-developed customer service skills, experience in building relationships and communications skills will also aid your success in this role.
